Serve Robotics stock rose 16.8% after Q3 revenue jumped 313% to $2.8 million and the company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $12 million.

Serve Robotics stock rose 16.8% in early regular trading on November 6, 2026, after the company reported third-quarter results the evening before. Revenue reached $2.8 million, up 313% from a year earlier, and the company raised its full-year revenue target to $12 million.

What Serve Robotics reported

Metric Q3 2026 Q3 2025 Change
Revenue $2.84 million $0.69 million +313%
Daily active robots 917 312 +194%

Full-year 2026 revenue guidance (the company's own forecast) rose to $12 million from a previous range of $9 million to $10 million. Guidance for non-GAAP operating expenses, which exclude items such as stock-based pay, was cut to $150 million from $160 million to $170 million set at the start of the year.

Revenue did slip from $3.24 million in the second quarter, as software services fell to $253,000 from $933,000 while fleet services grew to $2.58 million. Recurring revenue made up 69% of the total. Serve also launched its first international city in Australia in October.

Why the stock rose 16.8%

The gain was about three and a half times the size of a typical day's swing for the stock. The most likely drivers were the higher revenue target paired with lower planned spending, along with the launch of Serve Physical AI Services, which offers the company's robotics data and connectivity technology to other robot makers. CEO Ali Kashani called this "a significant new opportunity for us," and CFO Brian Read said Q3 revenue "exceeded our expectations."
