APC Stock Rises 7.7% After ARKO Petroleum Raises Guidance
ARKO Petroleum (APC) stock rose 7.7% after third-quarter net income climbed to $13.3 million and it raised its full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance.
ARKO Petroleum (APC) shares were up 7.71% in regular trading on November 5, 2026, as of mid-session, after the fuel wholesaler reported third-quarter results the evening before. The company raised its full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance (its own forecast of a core profit measure) to a range of $156 million to $157 million.
What ARKO Petroleum reported
| Metric | Q3 2026 | Q3 2025 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Net income | $13.3 million | $10.1 million | +31.7% |
| Adjusted EBITDA | $41.0 million | $37.4 million | +9.6% |
| Discretionary Cash Flow | $32.3 million | $26.5 million | +21.9% |
| Net cash from operating activities | $21.6 million | $25.0 million | -13.6% |
Adjusted EBITDA is earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, with one-off and non-cash items removed. Discretionary Cash Flow is a cash measure the company defines itself. The guidance raise rests on year-to-date performance and the expected closing of its purchase of U.S. Petroleum Partners (USPP), a Great Lakes fuel distributor. That deal costs $205 million in cash plus inventory and is expected to add about 280 million gallons a year and roughly $30 million of annualized Adjusted EBITDA.
The board also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, payable November 30, 2026 to holders of record on November 18. The company said this is consistent with an expected annual rate of $2.00 per share.
Why the stock rose 7.7%
The gain was about three and a half times a typical day's swing for the stock. Beyond the higher forecast, profit per gallon widened. Wholesale margins at fuel supply locations rose to 7.2 cents a gallon from 6.3 cents, helped by larger prompt-pay discounts as fuel costs climbed. Margins at its own fleet fueling sites reached 51.6 cents a gallon from 48.9 cents. These increases came even though wholesale gallons sold at fuel supply locations dipped to 211.6 million from 220.2 million.
