By Himma Editorial 2 min read

Xeris Biopharma stock rose 26.6% on November 5, 2026 after Q3 revenue grew 44% to $107.2 million and the company raised its 2026 revenue guidance.

Xeris Biopharma stock (XERS) rose 26.6% in regular trading on November 5, 2026, after the company released third-quarter results before the open. Total revenue grew 44% to $107.2 million from $74.4 million a year earlier, and management raised its sales targets for both 2026 and 2030.

What Xeris Biopharma reported

Metric Q3 2026 Q3 2025 Change
Recorlev net revenue $71.5M $37.0M +93%
Gvoke revenue $21.7M $25.2M -14%
Keveyis revenue $13.0M $11.9M +9%
Gross margin 88% 85% +3 points
Net income $11.3M $0.6M +$10.7M

Xeris now expects full-year 2026 total revenue of $395 million to $405 million. Guidance is the company's own sales forecast. It also lifted its 2030 total revenue outlook to more than $1 billion, up from about $750 million before.

Gvoke's decline included a one-time $4 million gross-to-net adjustment. That adjustment is the gap between list price and what the company actually collects after rebates and discounts. Spending climbed too. Selling and administrative costs rose 38%, mostly for the expanded Recorlev sales team, and research costs rose 48% to fund XP-8121.

Why the stock rose 26.6%

The move was about eight times a typical day's swing for the stock. The raised 2030 outlook lifts the company's long-range revenue goal by roughly a third. Chairman and CEO John Shannon said Recorlev is now "on a path to nearly $1 billion in annual net revenue three to four years sooner than previously expected." He credited the expanded commercial team with "record referrals and new patient starts" for the drug.

What to watch next

  • Start of the Cornerstone Phase 3 study for XP-8121, targeted by year-end 2026.

  • Fourth-quarter sales compared with the raised full-year range.

  • Management's fireside chat at the Jefferies London Healthcare Conference on November 17, 2026.
